Id like your freebees for one simple reason.....

to put a dent in the economy by buying amber or jade or ecto and selling it back to the trade til the cash is all gone....ive got a steady 40k and do a lot of aspenwood for factions points that I convert into amber to sell to the trader so im not dieing for plat.. ( further droppin its price)

what this will do? well if it lowers the price on the trader by 100gp that means everyone buying it at the time will save a lotta cash..

this would also be a lot more fun than buying some " uber" item that has the same stats as a collector weapon or some "mini pet" to feed vanity..

the sup vigor id put on my mezmer that cant ever get in a group, hes kinda down trodden from all the rejection and needs a bit of pick-me-up...

and since I do almost nothing but pve now and remake chars basically every week ill use your items to equip my guys.. that stuff I cant use or have multiples of Ill do what I always do and find someone new to the game and give it away ( I do this by watching WTB ads and pick out those that have simple needs aka WTB max damage axe )

Ok 3 good reasons why I deserve the money.

1.Im not a fool like all of the others saying that they don't deserve it, but inside they really do. And I know you would want to give it to a smart person.

2.I'm not kissing your butt. I'm downright serious I really want that money and I am not doing some cheap way to do it.

3.I am thorough and will spend my money well, it won't be scammed and I wont blow it on just one weapon or pair of armour.

I think I deserve the money because I...

-Flash 100,000 gold to newbs in trade then exit out.
-Play a W/Mo in PvP and charge the other team, blaming my monk if I die.
-Was the first to exploit l33t echo mending.
-Leave teams in RA just for the hell of it.
-Lie to people when they ask me how to do something.

But... To be perfectly honest I'd use the gold to buy Gwen a new flute, since her broken one sucks buns. Seriously? Why give the money away?... More importantly why NOT catch up in Guild Wars? Jeez, theres a lot of new stuff and it'd be more enjoyable then you think. Its not like you're left in the dust. I still meet people who don't know what an "Oro Farm Team" is.

Why I believe I deserve it...

I personally do not believe that I need it, but rather my guild does. The guild I am currently in is a member of the oOo alliance, the coallition that currently holds House zu Heltzer. We give free taxi rides and ferries to Urgoz's Warren, but the attention we receive from our adverts to do so results in a lot of people wishing to be recruited.

This results in a rather "nooby" section of the guild. Many people beg for money, for help, for assistance with armor, and other such issues. If I receive the money I will be able to help fund these various endeavours not only within my own guild, but also within my alliance. As they grow more knowledgable about the game and it's world, they will slowly be able to pass on their own knowledge. Yes it sounds a bit like a surreal Ms. United States answer, but we've got some damn fine guys who help out and I'd just like to lighten their burden a bit and help the new recruits. The kind of guys who can't spend the time needed to get cool weapons, new armor and such.

That's why I think I, as well as my associates and mates, deserve this money.

Thanks!

I request that you give it to Bethany, under the condition she make you a beautiful piece of GW art from one or more of your characters. That way you both go away with something nice. =)

Honestly, I would recommend keeping your account and gold. There is no decay of any kind, so everything you have now will still be there if you ever decide to play again. While you might not think you will ever come back, you might change your mind in the future.

Unless of course there is some major, obvious reason why you will no longer be playing Guild Wars.

I don't "deserve" the money but I can always put it to good use within the guild (which is usually what I do with my money and why I am broke, but proudly so =P).

I also am sorry to hear you are leaving, any real reason why? bored?

or worse WoW? >_>

OK, here goes some honesty.

I think you should hold onto it, personally. It's not like you have to keep up a monthly payment, and your account will remain the same until the servers go down, many years from now (or longer, hopefully). No matter how fed up you are with the game right now, I sincerely think you will have buyer's remorse on this giveaway months down the road. You will crave the GW someday, trust me.

On the other hand, if after thinking about it this entire week and you decide you still want to give all your stuff away, I have no problem begging...

Please, please, pleaaaasssee gimme gimme!

Now that that's out of the way, here's what I will do with it: I will give half of it to my wife. We will then proceed to waste it on pointless things. I will more than likely buy some high-end weapons and mods, while she will probably buy a few sets of 15k armor for her different characters. When it's all said and done, all your hard-earned dough will be all gone.

I might, key word "might", help out a newbie or two. That all depends on how nice they are and if they don't irritate the piss outta me. I'm really not that bad of a person, just trying to be honest, is all.

i have one peice of 15K armor from guildwars (i have no other peices) i have never had more then 27K and that was one time sinces i havne't gotten past 5K i believe. i dont hvae the time to farm and when i have i have never gotten anything to make it worth while. if you were to give it to me i would give some of the stuff to friends and all that.

im being serious here. believe me if you like or not i understand if you dont.

thanks if you do and thnkas for readying.

my ingames Donty trente. or my main which is Donty icemorn.

I think I needed it the most...

I am a poor, sleepless 3rd year university student who plays GW by using the free wireless internet at the school library. I have played GW for a year now and sadly i never had: more than 50k overall, any black dye, and ecto... etc.
I don't farm because it defy the whole purpose of playing a game and I never quit on my teams in mission or arena.
Now that in faction, almost all skills cost money and I am close to being broke from buying skills alone to test out new builds (for the sake of benefiting the whole GW community)

I remained faithful to GW despite the numerious nerfs and peer pressure to switch to WoW because I beleive one day a blessed individual like you will choose to share your wealth with me : )

I will use the money to get that 15k armor i dreamt about when I dozed off to sleep during organic chem final and of course black dyes!!! But above all, I will donate 1k each day as a charity fund to all fellow poor players in favor of the charity box idea i strongly supported but was met with vicious opposition.

Thank you for reading and have a nice day!
